Our 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to decide if an item is right for you. If you choose to return it, we will guide you through the process for a refund.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a refund, your returned item must be in its original, pristine condition. This means:

  • It must be unworn, unwashed, and entirely free of any marks, scents, or alterations.
  • All original Altomonde tags must remain attached exactly as they were received.
  • The item should be returned in its original packaging.

Please note that items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain intimate apparel unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How to Initiate a Return

Returning an item is a simple, three-step process:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@altomonde.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We are available Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 4 PM EST.
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll review your request and reply with detailed instructions and the specific address for your return shipment.
  3. Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. We do not provide pre-paid return labels.

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us immediately at support@altomonde.com so we can resolve the issue for you.

Processing Your Refund

Once your return arrives at our facility, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined above. When your return is approved, we will send you a confirmation email.

A full refund will then be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. The currency of the refund will match the currency of your original purchase. Please be aware that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the transaction to your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, we invite you to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the piece you desire. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been prepared for shipment. Given our handling time of 3–6 days, there is a window for cancellation, but we cannot guarantee it. Once your order is shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process.
