3. Products & Pricing

We take great care in accurately describing and photographing our apparel and accessories. However, slight variations in color or detail may occur. All product information and availability are subject to change without notice.

All prices on altomonde.com are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD). The price shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout is the final amount you will pay.

4. Orders & Payment

When you complete a purchase, you are making an offer to buy our products. An order is officially accepted and a binding contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. This may be due to reasons including, but not limited to, stock limitations, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and its supported gateways (such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal). Altomonde does not see or store your full payment card details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We proudly offer complimentary shipping on all orders within the United States. Your pieces will be carefully prepared for dispatch within 3–6 business days (Monday to Friday). Once shipped, transit typically takes an additional 3–6 business days.

Please note that these delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. The risk of loss for your purchased items passes to you upon our delivery of the parcel to the shipping carrier. For more details, please see our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We can only process cancellations for orders that have not yet been dispatched.

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached. Please be aware that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive and approve your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
