These Terms of Sale outline the agreement between you, the customer, and Altomonde when you purchase pieces from our collections. By placing an order on altomonde.com, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms work in conjunction with our broader Terms of Service, which govern the overall use of our website.

Altomonde is the trading name of Quoship LLC, a registered company in the United States (Company Number: 2026-001937733), with our registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, US.

1. Order Agreement

When you complete the checkout process, you are making an offer to purchase products from us. Your order is not accepted, and a contract is not formed, until we send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, for reasons including but not limited to product availability, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

We believe in clarity and transparency. All prices on altomonde.com are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD). The final price you will be charged is confirmed at checkout before you commit to your purchase.

Prices shown are inclusive of any applicable sales taxes we are required to collect.

3. Payment

We accept payment through the major providers supported by Shopify Payments. Your transaction is processed securely, and Altomonde does not store your full payment card details on our servers. By completing your purchase, you confirm that the payment method you are using is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner to use it. 4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within the United States. Once you place an order, we take 3 to 6 business days (Monday–Friday) to carefully prepare and handle it for dispatch.

After dispatch, our estimated transit time is an additional 3 to 6 days. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guarantees; delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. You can follow your order's journey using our tracking page. Ownership of the products, along with the risk of loss, passes to you upon successful delivery to the address you provided.

5. Returns & Cancellations

We hope you love every piece you purchase, but we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

To be eligible, items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3 business days.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale and any dispute or claim arising from a purchase you make with us are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute.
